Each individual is only permitted one (1) active account only. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts, freezing of balances, and a permanent ban from the agent4u platform.

Agent4u supports a wide range of local Malaysian payment methods for players' convenience. All deposits are made in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

All deposited funds must originate from a legitimate source and be owned by the account holder. agent4u does not accept third-party deposits.

Players may withdraw their eligible account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 20 for all payment methods
• Standard withdrawals (below RM 10,000) are processed within 5–15 minutes
